-Deciding to decrease alcohol and/or substance use (possibly contacting professional for this)
Social
-Having conversations with friends, family, and partners about concerns within the relationship
-Identifying if you have been isolating or behaving in ways that hurt your relationships, and making
changes
-Deciding that certain relationships are no longer healthy, and having a conversation with the person/
people, and/or deciding to love from a distance
Emotional/Mental

-Spending time independently, or with a trusted loved one, to sit with feelings or thoughts
Spiritual
-Finding ways to reconnect to your faith/beliefs; discovering new beliefs
