Jessica Herd is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides psychotherapy via telehealth sessions. She is passionate about mental health education, and assisting her clients with removing barriers to reaching their life aspirations. Jessica has helped hundreds of her clients to make their mental health a priority and ultimately achieve their personal goals.
Jessica has over 10 years of experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Her current clientele are majority university students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
Jessica uses an Integrative approach, with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a holistic perspective, to guide individuals while they explore issues, gain perspective, learn effective coping skills, and create solutions that bring relief.
Jessica works collaboratively with her clients to create an individualized treatment plan that includes identifying, examining, and modifying unhelpful beliefs and behaviors in order to promote healthy change.
