10-Day Morning Self-Care Challenge

Let’s try a challenge!

For 10 days (over 2 weeks), I will share a set of prompts inviting you to practice self-care in a different way each day.

Look out for the post of the day every morning, and try the prompt(s) for the day. You can, of course, try the prompts at any time in the day, (especially if the prompt calls for it), but I do recommend checking every morning.

You can participate privately by following the prompts and writing about it in your journal, but if you do decide to participate on Instagram (or other social media), please use the hashtag, #JHSelfCare so that I can see how it’s going for you!

They will all be available on the blog, and posted to Instagram stories, daily.
