Wrapping Up 2021
“Celebrate your successes and failures; both required great courage.” - Unknown
Don’t miss these other blog posts from December!
Some people may be preparing to reflect on 2021; their goals, their successes, their needs. There are a variety of ways to engage with this annual reflection.
For some, however, doing a deep dive through the last 365 days is daunting and overwhelming. If this is you, consider breaking down your 2021 review a little differently.
Instead, try starting with where you are right now.
Below, I’ve broken down by category each type of wellness, including mental health. They are categorized by their relation to the Mind, Body, and Soul.
Consider using these categories as a guide for answering the journaling prompts found below them.
You might decide to only focus on areas where you feel most confident and proud for this year.
Or, you might choose to only spend time reflecting on the areas that have felt the most challenging this year.
Maybe you will take a look at all of the categories, and get a holistic picture of where you presently are.
I hope that you find self-reflection at this time of the year enlightening, and that these prompts are helpful.
Happy Holidays, if you are celebrating. Happy New Year! I will see you in 2022!
As Always, Be Well!
~Jessica
