Ending the Year with You
“Don’t live the same year 75 times and call it a life.” ~Robin Sharma
You did it! You have made it to December, the last month of the year. 2022 is almost over. How do you feel?
Like many of us, I am sure that you have been through ups and downs over the course of this year.
Some wins, some losses.
Many lessons.
Although this time of year is traditionally described as “hectic”, I hope that you make some time for quiet; time to check in with yourself, and reflect.
Thank you for the time that you take each month to check in with me and with yourself. I can’t wait to continue sharing my thoughts with you in 2023!
Take some time to catch up or review The Therapist’s Thoughts blog posts from this year!

I hope that however you choose to spend the last days of 2022, that you are healthy, peaceful, and joyful. Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year.
As Always, Be Well!
