“The magic in new beginnings is truly the most powerful of them all.” ~Josiyah Martin
Spring is coming! It’s time to slowly roll out of winter mode and step into this new season.
Dust yourself off. Stretch, stretch, stretch.
It can be a really good idea to check in with yourself, and assess how you are, and the current state of your life before moving into a new season.
Every phase brings new challenges, and new opportunities. We will need different things from ourselves, and others. Change is neither good or bad; it just is.
Here are some “Spring Cleaning” journaling prompts:
How have you been taking care of yourself during the winter season?
How are the quality of your thoughts? How about your routines and habits?
Do you feel more like yourself during winter, or spring?
What does spring’s approach make you feel?
What do you want to see change with the new season?
As Always, Be Well!
~Jessica
