Where has the time gone?!
It has been one year since I started creating posts for this blog and sharing it as a mental health newsletter to your email inbox.
Thank you for reading and connecting with me via my thoughts on the other side of the therapeutic relationship! I have truly enjoyed the evolution of this idea I had at the end of 2020, and all that I was able to speak about over the months.
I created a list of all the posts/newsletters from 2021 in case you missed anything or want to easily re-read a post.
I hope that you have enjoyed, and found these posts helpful. I look forward to continuing to share my thoughts and connecting with you in the new year!
